gouache, technique of designers and architects

Gouache is a technique that is fundamentaly based on tempera, which was used, for example, by Botticelli, so it is very old. Among our modern painters were, for example, Luděk Marold or Zdeněk Burian. However, with the spread of computers and computer graphics, this technique almost disappeared.

Posters or book illustrations were painted using the gouache technique. However, this technique was also used by designers and architects to present their designs to the clients. And here we come to why we are trying to revive this technique.
